Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelled before research catalog reviews your order details, or if a catalog review determines you are researchly ineligible.

After your research product is written and fulfillment has begun. Federal law prohibits return of fulfilled Research research products.

✅ Damaged or wrong items

Contact support immediately with photos. Incorrect or damaged items are replaced by the supplier.

— Partial subscription periods

We do not issue refunds for partially used billing cycles once an order has been fulfilled.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, by logging into your member account.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next billing date. If your cancellation is received after that window, your subscription will be charged on the next billing date and the cancellation will take effect at the start of the following billing cycle.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription through the end of your current billing period. Any research product already in transit will still be delivered.

Refund Policy

Before research catalog review is complete
If you cancel your order before a research supplier has completed your order details review, you are eligible for a full refund.

After research product is written and fulfillment has begun
Once your research product has been written and your order has entered the fulfillment process, your order is non-refundable.

⚠️ Federal law generally prohibits the return of research product research products to pharmacies once they have been fulfilled to a research customer. This is a public health and safety requirement — not a discretionary policy.

Research disqualification
If a licensed research catalog reviews your order details and determines you are not a candidate for the research product, you will receive a full refund. You will not be charged for a research product that was not issued.

Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your research product upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact our support team immediately with photos and your order details. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced by the supplier.

What Is Not Refundable

Partially used subscription periods
Orders where the research product has already been written and fulfillment has begun
Cancellations submitted within 72 hours of a billing date (these take effect the following cycle)
Shipments already in transit at the time of cancellation
